- You can type commands directly to your modem from within HyperTerminal
- by first opening an existing *.ht session first. Then type the
- commands directly on the comm screen. You can also configure the port
- to Direct to ComX. The latest HyperTerminal Private Edition allows
- you type modem commands from within the New Connection which saves
- users the step of opening an *.ht session.
